    3. Swirl to mix well allow to age for 3 weeks swirling often.
    4. Strain liquor and set aside
    5. Bring water to boil and add sugar
    6. Allow to cool and add to liquor
    7. Decant into bottles and age for additional 5 weeks to allow flavours to mellow.
