    6. Now increasing the flame high. Add the half fried potato sticks in the hot oil. Fry till crisp and golden. Remove and place on the kitchen towel. Take the fries in the bowl sprinkle with some herbs, salt and chilli flakes. Serve hot fries with tomato sauce or any dip.
