Grease a barfi tray with some ghee.
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add shinghara (chestnut)flour and sauté, on medium heat, till it becomes light brown.
Another pan Add sugar and orange juice and pomegranate mix well. Boiled it than put into roasted singhara flour and grated mawa Keep stirring till ghee leaves the sides of the pan.
Add cardamom powder, raisins and almonds and mix well. Keep stirring for one to two minutes.
Pour the cooked mixture into the greased tray and level the top. Refrigerate for ten minutes. Than cut into the shape of Virgo
Garnish with kaju,almond slices and orange sliced and pomegranate seeds serve.
