1. Take a mixi jar and crush pomogranate seeds add 1/2 cup milk. Filter add sugar 1/4 cup 1 tbsp. Corn flour mix well. Put it on a slow flame stir well add butter mix well and make pouring consistancy. Add cinammon powder. Mix well let it cool.
2. Now take 1/2 cup milk add 1/4 cup sugar and custard powder Butter mix and put on a slow flame. Till it becomes fluffy turn off flame and add lemon zest 2-3 drops lemon juice.
3. ForGlaze :- Make a mixture of honey and lemon juice in 1/2 cup water. dilute 1tsp. cornflour put on a slow flame for 2-3 mins. Add 1 tsp butter mix well.
4. Now take a bowl. grease Add some pomegranate seeds in a promogranate mixture. first layer of lemon custard pudding and upper layer is pomegrante pudding. Demould and spread glaze.Put in a freeze for mini 1/2 hr.Garnish with lemon candy and pomegranate seeds.
5. Yummy innovative pudding is ready to serve.
