Instructions to make Gurasa:
- In a mixing bowl add flour, yeast, sugar and salt
- Add 1½ cup of water, make it to a paste and cover to rise for 30 mins
- After 30 mins
- Set your non-stick pan on heat sprinkle some potash water and spread the mixture allow it for 5 mins
- When it forms holes at the top, flip
- Set it for another 5 minutes and you're done
- Can be served with kuli or with sauce of your choice, I did both🙊
