Firstly grind the tomatoes and make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in pan, add Hing, mustard seeds, kalonji and few curry Leaves.
Then add ginger, garlic and green chillies into it. Sauté for few seconds.
Then add tomato puréed, mix well and cook on medium flame.
Add all the dry masalas and cook for 2-3 minutes.
At last add sugar, mix gently and cook.
Delicious Tomato chutney is ready to be served. Served this chutney with any kind of stuffed parathas.
