    1. Take 1 cup peanut
    2. Make ready 3-4 Red chilli
    3. Make ready 1/2 Tsp hing/asafoetida
    4. Prepare 1/2 Tsp cumin seeds
    5. Take 7-8 curry leaves
    6. Get 1/2 Tsp urad Dal
    7. Take 1 Tsp mustard seeds
    8. Take 1 Onion sliced
    9. Prepare 4-5 garlic cloves
    10. Prepare 1 tsp ginger
    11. Get 2 tsp Oil
    12. Make ready To taste Salt
    13. Take 2 Tbsp tamrind paste

    Steps to make Peanut Chutney:

    1. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan, add peanuts and roast until look brown.Take out in a bowl then in the same pan add 1 Tsp oil with onion, garlic,ginger and red chilli.Fry it for 1 min.
    2. Transfer the mixture in the grinded and add tamarind paste,salt, little water and make a paste.
    3. For tadka- heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan & add cumin, mustard seeds,heing, curry leaves,urad Dal and red chilli,saute it and pour into the chutney.
