Transfer the puree in medium size pan.and strain it with the help of strainer.and let it be boil over medium.flame.if the chutney is too much thick then add little water..after 1-2 boiling then add all the spieces and mix it continously..after 2-3 boil.switch of the flame.and let it be cool down..and transfer into a clean container.
    4. You can store this chutney in freeze upto 1 mnth.or use whenever you need it..enjoy tjis delicious chutney with chat,savory, pakodas
