    2. Then, in a pan add oil and im it add mangrela seeds and let it crackle for a while then add in it add oal and mix them.properly.
    3. Now in a another pan,prepare masala add oil in it add mangrela seeds let it crackle then add all the masala's red chilli powder,turmeric powder,,coriander powder, cumin powder and garlic paste. Saute it for another 2 mins
    4. Then after that add tomatoes and again saute it properly until oil leaves from all sides.
    5. Now add oal in last mix them properly by adding half cup of water.Cover it and cook for another 5 min low flame.
    6. Ready to serve hot with rice or roti😉

I like my baingan a bit mushy so make it in pressure cooker. it gets.
