- In a fry pan on med high heat, a little olive oil and throw in your garlic and almonds. Fry until garlic is aromatic and almonds toasted. Remove from heat and sprinkle over salad.
- Now dress- salt and pepper, good drizzle olive oil, good splash cider vinegar, toss well to coat. Crumble up goats cheese over the top and serve. Really very good!
