    1. Put the daal in the mixture and mix the aata to it. Mix both the contents well and knead the dough. Cover the dough for 10-15 mins and keep aside.
    2. Put some oil to the dough and roll it well. Then make round puri.
    3. Heat the pan with oil and fry it.
    4. (Sabzi)-In a pan heat some oil. Then add all the dry spices. Then add asafoetida and remaining spices. Roast it for a few minutes.
    5. Add tomato puree and cook. Then mash a few potatoes and mix it with the spices. Once the oil starts to separate, add roasted gram flour.
    6. Add water to make a consistent gravy. Now add garam masala and coriander. Serve it hot with poori.
