    6. Remove it and insert a knife to check whether the cake is done or not.
    7. Now pop the pan in fridge and let it chill for 2 hours
    8. Slice and serve

    Place bread pudding dish in a larger pan. Add the bread and raisins to the milk mixture and gently fold together. Press down lightly with the back of a large spoon.
