    1. Sb se pehly sari sbzi ko peel off karein. Alu bengan tomatoes ko bhi. Or thory moty pieces mn cutt kar lein.
    2. Bartn mn oil dalen. Jab gram ho jaey to is mn sliced onion or chopped garlic sath e dal dein. Or 3 minut ke liey soute karein
    3. Jab piyaz nram ho jaey lekin golden nahi. Tb is mn tomatoes cut kar ke dal dein or 1 mint ke liey fri karein. Phir is mn dried masaly or thory se pani ka cheenta dalen or 5 minut ke liey bhoon lein
    4. Ab is mn alu add karein or 2 minut ke liey bhoonen. Phir bengan dal dein or 2 3 minut bhoon,ny ke baad is mn 3tbsp water add karein or lid se cover kar ke low flame py 20 minutes tak sbzi ke gal jany tak pkny dein.
    5. Agar ap pressure cooker mn bana rai hn to same process kar ke isy 5 minut ka pressure dein. Phir jo is ny pani chora hoga full flame py dry karein
    6. Jab oil upar any lgy to is mn green chilli ko lmbai ke rukh half half cut kar ke dal dein sth e sbz dhaniya or pisa gram masala b add kar dein. Or flame off kar dein. Lid se cover kar ke 5 minut ka dam lagadein. Or mazedar se alu bengan ki sabzi ready hy.
