    2. On medium high heat in a cooker add oil, Onion, and green chilli and fry them until onion become saute.
    3. Add chopped Turai, & salt and with the cooking spoon mix everything together, close the lid of the cooker and turn the heat to low.
    4. Few minute later. Once Turai release water turn the heat to medium.
    5. In about 5 to 7 minutes as the cooker starts steaming turn the heat
    6. Down to medium and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes
    7. Turai Is ready to serve with rice or naan

    As it is rich in potassium and dietary fibers. The gravy is made like the north Indian Types and finally tadka is added on top with ghee and Serve the Dahi Turai Ki Sabzi, along with Phulkas, Potato Roast and Carrot Salad for a wholesome dinner.
