    1. Prepare 6 tbsp icing sugar
    2. Prepare 2 pork loin chops
    3. Make ready 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce

    5. Make ready 1 tsp fresh ginger peeled and crushed
    6. Prepare 1/2 (half) onion thinly sliced

    9. Take 5 g corn starch
    10. Get 1 tbsp soy sauce

    Steps to make Caramelised Pork:

    1. Chop the pork into bite size pieces and marinade in the Hoisin and soy sauce for atleast 30mins
    2. Sprinkle the sugar into the pan and cook until caramelised.
    3. Add the pork, marinade, garlic, ginger and onions and stir
    4. Add the oil, water and cornstarch and cook for 15mins stirring all the time
    5. Serve….. I served mine with a portion of noodles
