    2. 1cup and 4 tablespoons lemon juice
    3. 1 cup honey
    4. 10 tablespoons pineapple juice
    5. 5 gloves garlic chopped
    6. salt to taste

    9. In a pan , bring stock and tumaric powder to a boil.
    10. add rice.
    11. Simmer until rice is cooked.

    15. In a bowl, mix rice with pineapple, mango,almonds black raisins, cucumber and celery.
    16. Gently fold in the dressing.
