    1. Peel & mash boiled potato in mixing bowl. Add green chillies ginger paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
    2. In another mixing bowl add besan, asafoetida and salt. Add little little water to make smooth pakoras batter. Add soda bi carb,mix well.
    3. Heat oil for frying. Apply harissa sauce one bread slice.
    4. On it spread half of prepared potato stuffing. Apply harissa sauce on another bread slice. Cover it.
    5. Cut it diagonally into half. Dip in besan batter and gently drop in hot oil. Fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden brown. Similarly prepare All.
    6. Cut prepared Harissa Toast into triangular piece (cut into half). Arrange on serving plate. Grate cheese cube on it. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Harissa Toast with dry garlic chutney and tomato sauce.
