    16. Get 2 tbspn fresh coriander
    17. Take 1 green chilli for garnish
    18. Prepare Julienne cut ginger for garnish
    19. Get 1 tsp whole spices
    20. Take Water as required

    Instructions

    Steps to make Murgh Cholay:

    1. Pan ma oil dalein Onion fry karein till golden brown aur bowl ma nikal lain
    2. Usi oil ma chicken dal Kar achy se fry kar lain chicken Ka Pani dry ho jye 1 tsp whole spices dalein.
    3. Blender ma fry onion,3 green chillies,3 tomatoes 2 tbspn water dal kar blend karein.
    4. Blend Kia mixture dalein after this ginger and garlic paste dalein
    5. Red chilli, turmeric powder, black seeds,black pepper, crushed cumin, crushed coriander,1/2 tsp garam masala dalein and cover it.
    6. When chicken are tenders, add boiled chick peas.
    7. Water add karein jitna required ho. Cover karein cook honay rakh dain on medium low heat.(gravy jitni ap like karein utna water add karein)
    8. In the end, sprinkle garam masala, fresh coriander,green chilli and ginger..
    9. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
    10. Murgh Cholay is ready.
