Prepare 200 g Onions
Take 5 g Garam Masala

Instructions to make Shahi Malai Murgh:
Marinate chicken with curd and powdered masala for 25-30 minutes. Heart oil in kadhai and add whole garam masala and allow it to crackle.
Add onions and saute for 5 minutes, add ginger garlic minced and let it cook. Now add the tomatoes and cook til oil separates. Add the cashew and almond paste and cook it for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the cream (25ml) and chicken and fry it for 15 minutes.
Cover the lid and cook it completely. Aas the chicken gets cooked take it out in a dish and decorate with cream and coriander leaves.
