    15. Take Few Saffron strands(dry braise the strands then soak in warm water)

    Instructions

    Instructions to make Whosayna’s Shahi Lasuni Murgh:

    1. Pound whole garlic cloves, green chillies and ginger. Marinate chicken cubes in salt, garlic mixture, cumin powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of yoghurt for 4 hours. Barbeque the marinated cubes. In a wok put 2 tbsp of ghee and braise the garlic with peels on low flame till peel has gone brownish colour, then remove the garlic and keep aside.
    2. In same wok add cloves and keep on flame as aroma arises add remaining dahi, almond powder, little salt, lemon juice, oregano and saffron cook for about 10 mins. Add chicken with little water and simmer. Add cream and mix well. Peel the garlic with skin pound it and add in chicken with fried onions keep of flame and serve or can put fried onions and braised garlic while serving
