First, sieve the rava in a bowl. Add 2 Spoons Ghee & two cup sugar.
Add 4 cup water & chopped dry fruits.
Now take a deep kadhai & Heat it. Add ghee & Semolina. Now Roast it on medium flame till rava becomes light brown.
Now add a few chopped cashew & almonds and mix well properly & stir continuously on low flame & roast dry fruits. Add water & stir & add sugar. Mix well properly.
Now stir continuously on medium flame & it has no lumps. Add cardamon powder & Mix properly. it has a fluffy & soft texture.
Ready Semolina Halwa. Serve hot in a bowl. Garnish with dry fruits.
