    2. Add chopped fresh coriander, salt, curd, little water -mix well to farm idli batter, grease idli vessel with oil, put the idli batter and carrot slice, steam in cooker /steamer on sim for 15 minutes. Turn off-gas. Remove idlis from the vessel. Enjoy with chutney and aloo sabji and chutney.
