    Steps to make Garlic Semolina Rusk:

    1. Mix semolina, baking soda, baking powder, sugar. And sieve the mixture. Add the milk and mix it well to make a smooth batter. Also, add oil and mix well.
    2. Now add chilliflakes, oregano, garlic paste and salt. Mix it with the batter and leave it undisturbed for 10-15 minutes. If you fell the your batter is dry then add 2 more spoons of milk and mix it. Grease the mold and pour the batter in the mould and bake it in a preheated oven for 25 - 30 minutes at 180 C. Once the bread is brown take it out and check it with a tooth pick and take them out.
    3. Let the cakes cool down completely and then unmold them. Cut the cake into slices. Spread these slices on a baking tray. The slices must be at room temperature and while baking them again oven should not be preheated. Bake it again for 10 mins at 180 C. Flip the sides and bake them again.
    4. Serve it with sprinkled oregano and chilli flakes.
