    1. For Rava layering: Mix Rava, curd and salt in a bowl. Add water slowly and mix well till required consistency reached. Place a lid on it and keep aside.
    2. For filling : Heat oil in a karahi and put chopped onion and cook till it becomes transparent. Add Peas and stir well and place a lid over it and cook till peas are done.
    3. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes in it. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander seeds powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Transfer the filling in a plate.
    4. Now brush the griddle with oil. Put one tb spoon of Rava mixture on griddle and spread it in round shape with the help of ladle. After 5 minutes flip the side.
    5. Now spread potato filling over it.
    6. Cover this with another ladle full of Rava mixture and spread over it. Cook for 5 minutes and flip the side. Brush it with a little cooking Oil.
    7. Cook from other side also.
    8. Like wise make all the sandwiches.
    9. Serve hot with sauce and green chutney.
