Take 2 tsp pure ghee

Instructions to make Semolina disc roll:
Take semolina in a bowl, curd mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.
For potato masala:- heat ghee in a pan add asafoetida, cumin seeds to the crackle. Add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander Powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, salt and Coriander leaves mix all the ingredients and fry them.
Now potato masala is ready, divide into two parts. Take some oil in hands and give the cylinder-like shape to potato masala and make a roll. Now check the semolina batter. Add baking soda, baking powder, salt and little water and mix it.
Apply oil in a glass. Pour semolina batter in a glass and place the potato masala roll. Fill glass with semolina batter.
Boiled water in a cooker and place the stand. Place the glass and steam for 20 minutes. Now, check with toothpick. If toothpick comes out clean so let it cool down and demould. Cut into disc shape.
Take a tadka pan and heat ghee. The first fry chopped green chilli in it. Then add mustard seeds and curry leaves and let them crackle. Now spread green chilli, mustard seeds and curry leaves on the semolina disc roll. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with tomato ketchup.
