    1. In a bowl add 2 cup semolina, 2 tbsp curd, 1/2 cup water and 1 tbps salt. Mix well and keep the batter aside for 20 minutes to rest.
    2. Now in a bowl add chopped onion, tomato,capsicum, grated carrot, 1 tbsp sambhar masala, salt to taste, red chilli powder to taste. Mix it well stuffing for veggies uttapam is ready.
    3. Now in a pan add 1 tbsp cooking oil and from semolina batter add 1 large spoon of batter on pan and spread so that it remain little thick.
    4. Now on top of this semolina batter spread veggie stuffing evenly.
