    1. Get 1/2 kg Desi chicken
    2. Make ready Piyaz 1 medium
    3. Prepare 1 inch Adrak

    6. Prepare 4-5 Long
    7. Make ready 7-8 Kali mirch
    8. Prepare to taste Namak
    9. Get Pani as required
    10. Get 1 1/2 tbsp Chicken powder
    11. Take 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
    12. Prepare 1 tbsp Soya sauce
    13. Take 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
    14. Take Corn flour 4 tbsp or as required
    15. Make ready Pani as required
    16. Make ready 3 Desi Andy

    Instructions

    Steps to make Chicken Soup:

    1. In pressure cooker add desi chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon stick, cloves, black pepper, salt and water mix well and bring it to boil, cover and pressure cook for 20 - 25 min or until tender
    2. In a pot add strain chicken stock and take out chicken pieces and shred and set a side
    3. In prepared chicken stock bring it to boil and add shredded chicken and mix well
    4. Add chicken powder, salt, crushed black pepper, soya sauce and chilli sauce and mix well, cook on a low flame for 4-5 mins
    5. In water add corn flour and whisk well
    6. Add dissolve cornflour, mix gently and cook until soup will thick
    7. In a bowl,add brown eggs and whisk well
    8. Gradually add whisked egg and mix gently.. serve hot!!
