    14. Prepare 1 tbsp basil
    15. Take 2 bay leaf
    16. Make ready 1/4 cup cold water
    17. Prepare 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    18. Get 4 cup macaroni, cooked according to box

    5. Mix water and flour. Slowly mix into liquid, heat to boiling for 1minute
