First sprinkle black pepper, black salt, Chaat masala in the cavity made on the cut potatoes then add chopped onions, nylon Sev, cottage Cheese, green chutney, tomato puree, Curd, pink salt, and pomegranate pearls, chopped coriander leaves on it and lastly sprinkle Chaat masala.
