    Steps to make Fettuccine Balognese:

    1. Using my homemade fettuccine pasta i boil some water and salt in a pot and cook the pasta for 5-6mins.When properly cooked i strained the pasta in a colander and also wash the pasta in running water
    2. I make sure the Sliced green pepper, Sliced onions, Sliced red Chilli peppers and Cubed beef meat(i used my Sallah meat๐Ÿ˜‹) were all beside me
    3. In a large pan heat up the oil then add the Scotch bonnet and onions paste and tomato paste and stir for 1min.then add some little water then add in the strained pasta strir a little then add the seasonings white pepper, black pepper,ground garlic, ground ginger followed by the beef meat and stir them well and cook for some seconds
    4. Add the Sliced green pepper, Sliced red chilli pepper and the Sliced Onions and Cook a couple of seconds
    5. Your pasta is ready. I agree that the picture give zero justice to how it really looked and tasted
