heat pan over medium high heat
melt butter
add heavy cream stirring constantly
make sure you boil water for noodles. start with cold water add salt to taste then boil noodles for about 12-15 minutes
I make my shrimp on George Forman grill. put shrimp in bowl. add evoo seasonings and toss for even coat. I put them in skewers and cook for about 2 1/2 mins on each side.
when heavy cream comes to a simmer add s&p to taste, minced garlic and stir next add grated parmesan cheese
once noodles are done Alfredo sauce should also be done. pass the noodles and toss with tongs for even coating.
if u want a stronger garlic taste add more garlic once it done. sauce will thicken a bit. wait 5mins then serve. Enjoy!
