    1. Kupas Kentang dan potong bentuk dadu kecil". Cuci bersih lalu goreng sampe matang (harus matang ya moms, biar nanti hasilnya top)
    2. Blender (Cabe, baput, bamer, jahe, kemiri). Tumis Bumbu dan masukan sereh, daun salam, lengkuas yg sdh digeprek. Aduk" sampe harum aromanya
    3. Masukan gula merah, garam, dan penyedap rasa. Masukan udang dan hati ampela. Aduk" dan tunggu sampe agak matang. Masukan santan dan beri air.
    4. Terakhir masukan kentang yg sdh digoreng ke bumbu, lalu aduk"(jangan terlalu sering nanti hancur kentangnya) boleh ditambahkan sedikit air jika kurang, dan aduk perlahan sampe agak kering, lalu tes rasa.
