Cuci bersih ikan gurame kemudian baluri ikan gurame dengan garam dan kaldu jamur. Diamkan hingga 30 menit disuhu ruang
Masukkan fillet dan tulang ikan gurame kedalam wadah yang berisi tepung kobe. lalu goreng sampai warna keemasan dengan api sedang. goreng hingga matang
Siapkan bahan untuk membuat sauce asam manisnya. masukkan minyak secukupnya kemudian tumis bawang putih cincang, jahe, cabai merah, dan bawang bombay sampai harum.
Kemudian masukkan irisan wortel dn tambahkan air 200 ml. masak kurleb 10 menit agar tekstur wortel lebih lembut
Setelah itu masukkan saus tomat, garam, penyedap rasa, dan gula. aduk hingga merata. koreksi rasa lalu tambahkan tomat dan nanas. kemudian tambahkan tepung maizena yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air. aduk rata hingga mengental dan masukkan fillet yang telah selesai di goreng ke dalam saus asam manis.
Angkat kemudian letakkan pada piring saji, beri taburan daun bawang di atasnya. makan selagi hangat.
