Get 2-3 boiled & mashed potatoes

Soak leftover bread sides in milk. If it is dry add more milk. Knead it like a roti dough. Keep aside.
Add corn, mashed potato & all Dry spices. Mix well.
Knead Bread dough again. Take ball size dough. Roll it like puri. Fill corn filling. Place some mozzarella cheese. Seal it.
Heat appe pan. Grease it with Ghee or oil. Place one ball in each section. Roast both sides on slow flame. Transfer into dish.
Serve hot with tomato sauce
