Remove from the heat and add the yolks one at a time, whisking after each addition. - •stir in the cocoa powder, coffee & salt - •whip the egg whites until foamy then gradually add the sugar until stiff peaks form - •Gently fold in the egg whites into the chocolate mixture - •pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 20min at 180°C. Then let it cool
    2. Mocha mousse: whip all the ingredients until stiff peaked form
    3. Once the cake is cooled, evenly spread or pipe the mocha mousse
    4. Cool in the refrigerator for atleast 2 hours
    5. Now pour or drizzle the ganache over and serve!
