    6. Now gradually add the egg whites to the flour mixture.Fold everything together.
    7. Gently pour the cake batter into a square baking pan.Bake for 10-15minutes.
    8. Transfer the Swiss roll into a cooling rack.Allow to cool.
    9. For frosting and filling,take cream and sugar.Also add coffee and beat till peak stage.
    10. Flip the cake on a greased aluminium foil.Spread the whipped cream evenly.Gently roll it over from one side.
    11. Wrap the Swiss roll with the aluminium foil and refrigerate for 1hour.
    12. Remove from fridge and frost the roll with the remaining cream.Cut and serve.
